5. پھر ان (فرشتوں) کی قَسم جو مختلف اُمور کی تدبیر کرتے ہیں۔<br> (یا:- پھر توانائی کی ان لہروں کی قَسم جو باہمی تعامل سے کائناتی نظام کی بقا کے لئے توازن و تدبیر قائم رکھتی ہیں)o

5. फिर उन (फरिश्तों) की क़सम जो मुख़्तलिफ उमूर की तद्‌बीर करते हैं। (या - फिर तवानाई की उन लह्‌रों की क़सम जो बाहमी तआम्मुल से काइनाती निज़ाम की बक़ा के लिए तवाज़ुनो तद्‌बीर क़ाइम रखती हैं) ।

৫. অতঃপর শপথ সে (ফেরেশতা) সকলের যারা সুচারুরূপে পরিচালনা করেন বিভিন্ন বিষয়, (অথবা, শপথ সে শক্তির তরঙ্গমালার, যা পারস্পারিক গতি এবং সমন্বয়ের মাধ্যমে, মহাবিশ্বের শৃঙ্খলা অব্যাহত রাখার নিমিত্তে, পরিচালনার ভারসাম্য ও সুস্থিতি বজায় রাখে,)
